Outdoor Partner Up Workout (Can do this as a WARM-UP)
1. Both holding a plank (to measure the distance and space between you and your friend). Not too close, as long as you guys can touch each other's palm when you lift your hand.
2. once you get the right distance/space stand up.
Extend your arms to the sky stretch out then Do a inchworm then a push up, if you are a beginner you can put your knees down wheel doing the push-up.
3. Either you or your parter say a number(between 1-10) then you guys clap the hands( like if he/she said 5 then claps five times)
Do it twice( both of you say a number once) Then one push-up, back to inchworm.
The whole movement do it 2-3mins
